摘　　要：数字化学习资源建设是无锡市终身学习公共服务平台建设的核心内容。针对电信专业的特点,提出从优化平台功能开展数字化学习,基于B/S模式的实践教学,基于EDA技术的网络化教学三个方面来进行电信专业的数字化学习资源建设,这对完善终身学习公共服务平台建设,建设无锡开放大学能够起到积极的作用。Digital learning resources construction is the core content of Wuxi public service platform construction for lifelong learning. According to the characteristics of telecommunication specialty, three aspects of optimizing platform function and developing digital learning, practical teaching based on B/S mode, network teaching based on EDA technology, are proposed to be applied to digital learning resources construction of telecommunication specialty, which can play an active role in public service platform construction for lifelong learning and building Wuxi open university.
