摘　　要：本文针对基础部师资队伍的现状以及存在的问题,提出了加强师资队伍建设的几点建议,以适应培养面向21世纪高职教育人才的需要。Current situation of teachers＇ team construction of the basic department is studied. We find some problems that need to be solved urgently. Moreover, we put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of the teachers＇ team. These suggestions are helpful to train talents satisfying the high demands in the 21st century.
