摘　　要：90后学生开始进入高校步入职场,鲜明的时代特色赋予了他们特有的个性,因此对90后学生的实习管理带来了新问题。我们只要认真分析90后学生的特色,针对他们做一些制度和规范上的调整,还是可以很好的发挥90后学生的积极性创造性,圆满的完成实习任务,从而更好的让90后学生步入职场步入社会。As long as we carefully analyze the characteristics of post-90s students and make some adjustments on the system and the specification, we can make sure they fully exercise their creativity and accomplish internship tasks satisfactorily, which will help them be better suited to the society and their career.
