摘　　要：500,000 yuan special award is to offer a reward of bag design talents. 2013 ＂Sino State Cup＂ China International Leather Bag Design Competition, themed on ＂cases gather fashion, bags seize innovation＂, was officially launched in Guangzhou on March 6th, 2013. In China, it is the first time that the competition has been focusing on the design of cases and bags, while such high reward amount also sets a higher record than ever before in China＇s clothing and accessory design competitions.Chen Guilin,as "the first mover",the organizing committee secretarygeneral,and the sponsor of China's first leather bag design institute,has made unremitting efforts for promoting this competition.China's apparel industry,after 30 years of rapid development,has already advanced from "Made in China" to "Create by China" as well as "Chinese Independent R&D".The professional education of large numbers of Chinese clothing colleges has promoted the development of the industry,which cannot be neglected.Currently,there are more than 300 institutes of higher learning offering clothing related majors;however,there is no any institute who has the major of leather cases and bags design.
