摘　　要：本文介绍我校应用"导师制"对青年教员进行培养的做法。认为应把教学基本规律和教学基本功、以批判性思维为基础的教学内容的改革、以认知规律为基础的教学方法改革作为培养的重点,认为应把如何用教学方法改革引导学习方法变革列入研究范畴。This article introduces the application of ＂tutorial system＂ to train young faculty in our school. Authors believe that basic laws and basic skills of teaching, the reform of teaching content based on the critical thinking, the reform of teach- ing methods based on cognitive rules should be the key point of cultivation, and how to use the reform of teaching methods leading the reform of study methods should also be in the research category.
