摘  要:教师课后进行教学反思,教育理论素养得到了升华,实践教学经验获得很大的提高;通过教学反思,双向交流更加通畅,真正实现以学生为本;通过教学反思,教师能从经验型教师转变成学者型教师。教学反思在教师专业发展过程中有很大的作用,是提高教师素质和获得专业化发展的有效途径。Teachers had reflections on teaching after class, which improved the educational theoretical attainment and greatly enhanced the practice teaching experience. Through the reflection on teaching, two-way communication becomes smoother and we can put students in the first place indeed. Through the reflection on teaching, teachers can achieve the change from empirical teachers into scholastic teachers. Therefore, reflection on teaching played a very important role in the process of teacher profes- sional development and was the effective way to improve the quality of teachers and to become specialized.
