摘  要:建立科学完善的《科学教师资格标准》是国际科学教育发达国家监控与保证科学教师质量和水平的通用做法,也是保障科学教育质量的重要手段。英、美、澳三国《科学教师资格标准》的设计与实践经验告诉我们,制定规范统一的《科学教师资格标准》势在必行,其组织制定应由政府领导、同时兼顾研发主体的多样性;应以建构主义科学本质观为设计理念;内容应立足于教师科学素养的养成;遵循综合化、一体化、全纳化的设计原则。The establishment of scientific and perfect Standards for Science Teacher Qualification is not only used universally for monitoring and ensuring science teacher quality in foreign science education of developed countries, but also for guaranteeing the quality of scientific education as an important means. Based on the comparative analysis of the " Standards for Science Teacher Qualification" in Britain, United States and Australia, the paper puts forward that "Standards for Science Teacher Qualification "in our country should be organized by the government, taking account the diversity of different participators. It should set the concept of constructivist nature of science as the design idea, taking the cultivation of teachers' scientific literacy as the basis for content design, and following the comprehensive, integrative, and inclusive construction principles.
