园长、教师及家长对在园幼儿人身伤害事故法律认知的现状调查——以江西省吉安市两所幼儿园为例

摘　　要：园长、教师及家长对在园幼儿人身伤害事故的法律认知与此类事故能否得到公正处理密切相关。本研究通过访谈江西省吉安市两所幼儿园的园长、部分教师和家长，提出要加强对园长、教师及家长的法制教育，完善社会保险制度，建立幼儿园伤害事故预防及应急预案制度．以有效应对在园幼儿人身伤害事故。Legal cognition of kindergarten leaders, teachers and parents about children＇s injury accidents in kindergartens affects directly the fair solutions. The author, having surveyed two kindergarten leaders, some teachers and parents in Jian, Jiangxi, suggests that legal education for kindergarten leaders, teachers and parents should be enforced; social insurance system should be perfected; precautions against injury accidents should be taken and contingency plans should be made. Thus, injury accidents in kindergartens could be dealt with efficiently.
