摘  要:高职院校思政教师参加各级各类教学竞赛对深化思政课教学改革具有重要意义。参与教学竞赛应坚持主导性与主体性相统一、内容与形式相统一、功夫下在平时与积极参赛相统一、重在过程与正确对待结果相统一等基本原则。放大教学竞赛的效果,将在打造过硬的教学团队、推动课程体系建设、深化课堂教学改革、提升教科研能力、营造浓厚的校园文化氛围等方面产生辐射效应。Teachers' participating in teaching competitions of all types and at all levels in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to deepen the teaching reform of ideological and political courses. While participating in teaching competitions, teachers should adhere to such principles as the unity of the dominance and the subjectivity, the unity of content and form, the unity of daily efforts and active participation in the competition, and the unity of focusing on process and correctly dealing with competition results. Enlarging the effects of teaching competitions will produce radiation effects on building an excellent teaching team, promoting the construction of curriculum system, deepening the classroom teaching reform, enhancing teaching and research abilities, and creating a strong cam- pus culture atmosphere.
