摘　　要：从高职软件服务外包人才工程能力缺失等现状分析出发,引入CDIO工程教育理念,详细介绍了软件服务外包人才CDIO工程能力培养措施,重点介绍了校企合作人才培养模式、校企共建联通岗位的课程体系、校企共享实训基地、双师共育教学团队、教学资源等。进一步介绍了人才培养实践的成效。The situations such as shortcoming of Vocational software service outsourcing talents engineering capabilities are discussed. CDIO engineering teaching philosophy is introduced. Five measures for software service outsourcing talents training of capabilities according to CDIO engineering education ideas such as college-enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode, curriculum system of schools and enterprises to build for jobs, schools and enterprises shared training base, double capability teaching team, teaching resources are discussed. Further information on the effectiveness of the practice is given in this paper at last.
