摘　　要：国内外开展高职教育的实践经验证明,开展校企合作教育是保障高职教育质量和特色的关键。安徽工商职业学院旅游管理系成立以来,旅游管理系以科学发展观为指导,全面贯彻学院相关事业规划,依靠示范院校和质量工程的建设,以质量为核心、以特色为重点、以提升内涵为目标,着眼于旅游产业的转型升级,着力建设旅游专业群,加快建设校企合作战略联盟,加强校企合作、深化工学结合,先后实践了多种校企合作模式,推进校企深度融合,形成了完善的校企合作人才培养工作机制。As the practical experience from vocational colleges shows,college-enterprise cooperation is the key to the quality and distinctiveness of vocational college education.Since its establishment,the tourism department of Anhui Business vocational college always follows the guidance of scientific outlook on development and implements the college’s relevant plans.In view of the college’s influence as a model college and its stress on quality engineering,the department puts quality at the core,views uniqueness as a key issue,and sets enhancement of connotation as a goal.Focusing on transition and upgradation of tourism industry,it works on the establishment of tourism specialty group and quickens its pace in building strategic alliances in the form of college-enterprise cooperation.Through strengthening college-enterprise cooperation,deepening the combination of work and study,and conducting various models of college-enterprise cooperation,this department has accomplished quite a lot of achievements.
