摘　　要：分析了优秀教师成长的三个阶段,即初涉教坛阶段,总结经验教训阶段,形成自我风格阶段的不同特点。指出成为优秀教师的必要条件,即良性的外部环境,克服教师自身的发展惰性,保持发展敏感性,具有发展责任感。The excellent teacher＇s growth can be divided into three stages, namely： early stage, summing up experience, forming style. Excellent teachers need good externalenvironment; they should overcome development inert, keep the sensitivity of development and a strong sense of responsibility.
