江苏餐饮职教集团教育教学改革的特色与创新

摘　　要：江苏餐饮职教集团自2007年成立以来,已经过了5年的市场洗礼,实践证明,这种政府主导、行业指导、企业参与的办学模式是成功的。文章就江苏餐饮职教集团旗下的中餐烹饪专业办学的情况进行分析,从中可以认识到餐饮行业教育教学指导委员会在餐饮职业教育教学改革中发挥的作用。Since its establishment in 2007,Jiangsu Catering and Vocational Education Group has gone through five years of market - oriented development, providing a successful model for this government - led, professional-guided and business - involved school running. This paper analyzes the current conditions of the Chinese Cuisine program run by the group so as to gain a glimpse of the role played by the Educational and Teaching Guiding Committee of the Catering Industry in the educational and teaching reforms of business - run vocational schools.
