摘 要:为了解应用型本科院校大学生心理资本的现状,从而为进一步制定提升大学生心理资本的措施提供借鉴,采用《积极心理资本问卷》,对安徽省两所应用型本科院校的339名大学生进行施测,结果显示大学生心理资本的总体水平较好,同时心理资本的四个因子及总分在性别、年级、专业、是否独生子女、是否班干部及是否获得过奖学金等方面存在显著差异。The paper investigates into the current situation of the psychological capital ot 339 college students from two application-oriented undergraduate institutions in Anhui using Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire so as to provide reference for the further enhancement of students" psychological cap- ital. The results show that college students" psychological capital is good in general. And at the same time, there are significant differences in four factors and total scores of psychological capital in the aspects of gender, grade and major. What's more, the psychological capital of college students is closely related to whether they are the only child or not, whether they are class cadres or not, and whether they are schol- arship winners or not.
