高职院校辅导员“内提-外促-互学”三位一体培养机制研究

摘　　要：高职院校学生思想政治工作面临着新的挑战形势下,加强辅导员队伍建设不容忽视。文章提出了高职院校学生辅导员"内提-外促-互学"三位一体培养机制,分别从三个方面具体阐述了该培养机制具体举措和方法,并加以实践。结果表明,"内提-外促-互学"三位一体培养机制能够有效提高高职院校辅导员队伍的整体素质并充分调动其工作积极性。Confronted with the new challenges in students ＇ ideological and political work, vocational col- leges can not afford to ignore the strengthening of the construction of counselors＇ team. This article expounds the measures taken by the trinity training mechanism of ＂internal improvement, external promotion and mutual study＂ for vocational college counselors, which indicates that this mechanism helps to improve the comprehensive quality of counselors＇ team and arouse their enthusiasm for work.
