摘 要:本文在分析企业情商三个维度的内涵及其相互关系的基础上,指出了在各个维度上企业情商的建构方法,并根据"情商"这一概念提出企业情商的评估指标,最后通过案例分析进一步肯定了高水平企业情商是企业成长的正能量。on the basis of the three aspects of Corporation Emotional Quotient (CEQ) and the interaction of these, this article point out the methods to construct the CEQ in the three aspects, e.g. construction of the positive capital, cultivation of the empathy, establishment of the adaptability. According to the concept CEQ, there are three indictors of assessment: self-understanding, self-regulation and the ability to affect customers and the environment. At last, article will probe the proposition that high level of the CEQ is the positive energy to corporation development through analyzing several cases.
