摘　　要：对辅导员职业承诺的关注和研究是实现辅导员队伍专业化和职业化建设的前提和基础。研究职业承诺视角下的高校辅导员队伍建设情况,可以更好地了解辅导员工作的内在心理活动,发挥高校辅导员的人力资源优势,对提高高校辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化建设都具有深远的影响。The attention and research on the counselors＇ occupation commitment is the premise and foundation to realize counselor teams＇ construction of occupation and specialization. Studying the occupation commitment from the perspective of the construction of college counselor＇s team, can better understand the internal psychological activities of the counselor work and take full advantages of human resources, which have fareaching effects on improving the occupation and specialization construction of college counselors.
