摘　　要：分析当前所需机械电子工程专业人才的特点,结合就业岗位范围和技术领域及人才知识、能力和素质结构进行分析,以较高的管理素质和敢于创新人才的有效需求为导向,确定了机械电子工程毕业生应该具有的综合技术应用能力,形成了特定的课程结构体系,创建了"一体化核心"教学模式,对机械电子工程专业人才培养模式进行了改革与创新。Analyze the characteristics desired mechanical and electronic engineering professionals, combined with a range of jobs and technology and human resources knowledge, ability and quality structure analysis, oriented to the high quality of management and the effective demand for his innovative talent, determine thethe machinery and electronics engineering graduates should have the ability to apply technology to form the specific course structure system, create ＂Integrated Core＂ teaching mode, the reform and innovation of mechanical and electronic engineering professional level personnel training mode.
