远程教学过程中学习者获取资源差异性分析

摘　　要：远程学习者学习时在获取资源方面有很多渠道,比如面授课参与、网上课程资源参与、交互参与等,但因参与者的差别导致参与率也存在很大差异。在资源建设和营造学习氛围方面,应充分考虑学习者的因素,找到远程教学策略和措施,满足他们复杂的学习需求,以提高学习参与率,推动远程教学。There are several channels for learners to acquire resources provided, such as. face-to-face instruction participation, web resource participation and interactive resource participation. However, the participation is different. In the construction of the learning resources and the learning atmosphere, the factors of participants are expected to be paid more attention to in finding out the strategies and measures of teaching, which may sufficiently meet their needs of learning, so as to improve their participation rate and promote distance teaching.
