农学类专业遗传学实验课教学改革的探索和思考

摘　　要：遗传学是生命科学的核心学科之一,是高等学校农学类本科生的专业基础课。结合农学类专业的自身设置特点,在遗传学实验课的教学改革方面进行了探索和思考。通过改革教学内容,引入研究性教学,完善考核办法,优化实验教学环境和提高教师教学水平5个方面,改善遗传学实验课的教学效果,培养适合本专业发展需求的专业技能型人才。Genetics is one of the core subjects of life science, and is also a professional basic course of agronomy specialty in higher school.In this paper, the exploration and thinking on the reform of genetics experimental teaching combining the characteristics of agronomy specialty was proposed.The reform should be introduced by five aspects including the reform of teaching content, the form of research-based teaching, the improvement of evaluation methods, the optimization of experiment teaching environment and the improvement of teachers＇ teaching level.The ultimate aim is to ameliorate teaching effect and to cultivate skilled personnel meet the developmental needs of agronomy specialty.
