摘 要:目的调查中医医院护理人员离职倾向现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用离职倾向量表、职业承诺量表、中国职工组织承诺量表及护士工作环境量表对3所三级甲等中医医院501名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士总体离职倾向得分为(5.08±1.48)分;多元回归分析结果表明职业承诺、组织承诺及工作环境对离职倾向产生负向影响。结论中医医院护理管理者应提高护士组织承诺感、重视护士地位、增加人力资源配置等措施降低离职倾向。Objective To investigate the correlation of turnover intention and occupational commitment, organizational commitment,working environment among nurses in Chinses medicine hospitals. Methods Totally 501 nurses from three 3A - level Chinese medicine hospitals were investigated by the Nurses Turnover Intention Questionnaire, Occupational Commitment Questionnaire, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire, and Professional Practice Environment Scale. Results The score of the nurses turnover intention was (5.08± 1.48 ). Multivariate regression analysis showed that occupational commitment, organization commitment and working environment had a negative impact on turnover intention. Conclusion The administrators of Chinese medicine hospitals should raise nurses'sense of organization commitment, attach importance to social status of nurses, increase human resource allocation to reduce nurses" turnover intention.
