摘　　要：外军院校任职教育研讨式、实践式和科研式教学模式都是立足于"学员为中心"、"能力为本位"的教学模式,能够激发学员热情、引导学员自主学习、鼓励学员大胆创新,对于培养适应岗位任职需要人才发挥关键作用。因此,学习、分析和研究这些教学模式对于发展我军任职教育教学模式具有重要的借鉴和启示意义。Discussion, practice and research teaching models in foreign military professional education are based on the ideas of student-centered and ability=based teaching. These methods can arouse students enthusiasm for studying, guide them autonomous learning, and encourage them to innovate boldly, which plays a key role for training men qualified profession, it is very helpful for our teaching models to learn, analysis and study foreign ones.
