摘  要:本文简述《英国医学本科生沟通课程内容之共识声明》的产生背景、目标、主要内容,并指出了对我国医学院校医患沟通课程建设的若干启示:一、我国医患沟通课程的内容设置与课程设计应借鉴英国的经验,逐步建立贯穿本科全程的整合课程模式;二、卫生部及教育部制定医患沟通技能目标应稍为具体化,在恰当时机将沟通技能考核纳入到医师执业资格考试;三、从事医患沟通教研人员应加强协作,借鉴国外成果,结合国情,制定我国该课程内容共识或教育指南。The paper introduces the context, objective and content of the UK Consensus Statement on the Content of Communication Curricula in Undergraduate Medical Education and summarizes some enlightenments on China's doctor-patient communication education as follows: The curriculum planning and implementation should be improved by designing a model of integrated curricula through five years of medical education. The objectives of communication skills stipulated by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Health should defined in more details. Chinese expertise in doctor-patient communication teaching and research should work together to design Chinese communication education consensus or guideline based on China's national conditions and experience of other countries
