摘　　要：高职院校校企合作长效机制是培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线高端技能型专门人才,适应区域经济发展需要,增强办学活力的保障。本文结合天津轻工职业技术学院构建校企合作长效机制的探索与实践,阐述了校企合作长效机制的顶层设计、基础构建和保障措施。Long - term mechanism of school - enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges is a guarantee to cultivate high- end skilled professionals in production, construction, service and manage- ment, to meet the needs of the regional economic development and to enhance colleges＂ vitality. Com- bined with the exploration and practice of the long- term mechanism establishment in Tianjin Light In- dustry Vocational and Technical College, the paper elaborates the top- level design, basic structure and safeguard measures in the long - term mechanism of school - enterprise cooperation.
