摘　　要：改革开放初期,我国各行各业都面临新的挑战,传统的师范教育越来越暴露出它的弊端。天津师范大学原校长李继之敏锐地抓住时机,提出了师范教育改革的新思路:要遵循师范教育发展的规律,借鉴发达国家教师教育的经验,拓展师范院校的培养目标,提倡师范性与学术性相结合,走综合大学培养教师的道路。这些思想对我们今天的教师教育改革仍然具有指导意义。At the initial stage of the Reform and Opening - up, all trades and professions were confronted with challenges. The disadvantages of traditional normal education exposed at this time. The former president of Tianjin Normal University put forward new idea of normal education reform ： following the law of normal education development, using the normal education experience of other countries for reference, extending the training objectives, combining the normal education and academic education, training the teachers with the method of comprehensive university,. These ideas still have their directive function in today＇s teacher education reform.
