摘　　要：现代教育事业注重教师长期的发展,发展性教师评价制度是深入推进新一轮课程改革的需要。学校可通过创设良好的评价环境,引导教师要树立正确的自我评价意识、制定正确的自评方案、发挥学生的评价作用等途径,建立和实施发展性教师评价制度,提高评价的有效性,激发教师的内在动力,最终达到提高教育教学质量的目的。Modem education pays attention to teachers＇long- term development and the new curriculum reform is in great need of the Developmental Teacher Evaluation System. In order to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation, arouse teachers＇intrinsic motivation and finally achieve the goal of enhancing the education quality of teaching, colleges can establsih and implement the systerm by helping teachers set up correct self- evaluation consciousness, formulating correct self- assessment scheme and giving full play to the students＇ evaluation function, etc.
