高职院校校内实训基地建设路径探析

摘　　要：高职院校校内实训基地建设目前存在缺乏体系性、功能单纯、建设主体单一、社会服务能力弱等问题。为了适应现代高等职业教育的发展趋势,促进高等职业教育的内涵式发展,校内实训基地要兼具教学、生产、研发、培训的多元功能,建设基于大职业群和工作过程的综合性共享平台,推行市场化、公司化和股份制,坚持产学研密切互动与融合,创新内涵建设,从而提高其社会服务能力与职业适应性,促进高职院校和企业的优势互补和集约化发展。In the campus practice base in higher vocational colleges currently there exist such problems as lack of systematization, simplicity of function, singularity of construction main body and weak ability of social service. To adapt to the development trend of modern higher vocational education and promote the connotative development of higher vocational education, the campus practice base should have the multivariate functions with teaching, production, development and training, fiuild the comprehensive sharing platform based on large professional group and working process, carry out marketization, eorporatization and shareholding system, adhere to the close interaction and integra tion of production, study and research, and innovate the connotative construction so as to improve the social service a bility and vocational adaptability and promote the complementary advantages and intensive development of higher vo cational colleges and enterprises.
