伴生菌对普通生酮基古龙酸菌发酵的影响

摘　　要：为了实现普通生酮基古龙酸菌的单独培养和产酸,采用伴生菌巨大芽孢杆菌生长时分泌的胞外液、胞内液混合的培养方法,通过测定普通生酮基古龙酸菌单独培养时活菌数及摇瓶发酵中2-酮基-L-古龙酸(2-KGA)生成情况,研究添加伴生菌胞内液和胞外液对普通生酮基古龙酸菌生长和产酸的影响。结果表明:普通生酮基古龙酸菌利用一定量的伴生菌胞外液和胞内液可以实现普通生酮基古龙酸菌的单独生长和正常产酸。The aim of this study was to improve the single growth of Ketogulonigenium vulgare by adding multistage amount control strategy by the intracellular lysates arid extracellular culture broth of Bacillus megaterium, which is the company strain. By analysis of the number of living K. vulgare cells and the final 2-keto-L-gulonic acid, effects of the accompany strain on the fermentation performance of Ketogulonigenium vulgare in the vitamin C two-step fermentation process were determined. The result showed that the K. vulgate could grow and production 2-KLG by adding suitable amount of the intraceUular lysates and extracellular culture broth orB. megaterium.
