摘 要:对组织知识共享进行了定量化研究。研究根据不同的数据类型建立组织知识的加权语义网、组织人员网络,再根据知识与知识主体间的相互映射关系,建立加权超网络模型。在该模型的基础上,提出研究组织知识共享的定量化指标,并分析了这些指标在组织知识共享中的具体应用。从验证实例来看,该方法具有客观、可视化、定量化等特点,因而有助于知识管理者更好地管理组织知识资源,促进知识的共享,为组织知识共享的定量分析提供了一种新的工具与思路。A quantitative method to analyze the organizational knowledge sharing is discussed in the paper. We set up the weighted semantic network of knowledge and the organization personnel network according to the appropriate type of data, and then build the weighted supernetwork model in which knowledge and knowledge owners are intergrated together according to the relation mappings between them. Based on the weighted supernetwork, this paper proposes some quantitative signals to analyze the organizational knowledge sharing. From an application case, this method has objective, visual and quantitative characteristics. Therefore, it is helpful to knowledge managers to manage the organizational knowledge resources better and promote the sharing of knowledge. We provide a new tool and a new idea for the quatitative analysis of the organizational knowledge sharing.
