摘　　要：在对大学生创新心理素质状况及影响因素调查分析的基础上,构建了以积极心理学为导向的大学生创新心理素质教育体系:设计大学生创新心理素质教育工作机制;打造创新心理素质教育教学机制;搭建创新心理素质教育服务机制;构建心理安全保障机制。该体系经河南城建学院实践应用后,效果良好,具有一定的推广应用价值。This study is committed to build a positive psychology-oriented college students＇ innovative psycho- logical quality education system. On the basis of investigation and analysis of college students innovation psy- chology and related factors, we build positive psychology-oriented college students＇ innovative psychological quality education system, including： designing students＇ innovative psychological quality education mecha- nism; creating innovative psychological quality education mechanism ; building innovative psychological quality education service mechanism; building psychological security mechanism. This system has a certain applica- tion value based on the practical application in Henan University of Urban Construction.
