摘 要:主要研究了姬松茸深层液体发酵培养条件对菌丝生物量和胞内多糖产量的影响.确定了最佳培养条件为:培养基中玉米粉加量3%,豆饼粉0.3%,250mL摇瓶装液量45mL,发酵温度25℃.在此培养条件下,胞内多糖产量达到7.26g/L.并通过培养基中添加8种中草药提取液,发现生地黄对姬松茸多糖产量有一定的提高作用,多糖产量可达7.83g/L.The paper mainly study the effect of the submersion culture conditions of Agaricus blazei Mussel on the yield of mycelia weight and the polysaccharide. The optimum conditions of fermentations were as follows: 30% corn powder, bean powder 0. 3% , the cultivations were performed in 250 mL shake flask containing 45 mL medium, and temperature 25 ℃. Under these culture conditions, the yield of intracellular polysaccharide reached to 7.26 g/L. By adding extracts of eight herbal medicines to the medium, the results showed the Radix Rehmanniae could increase the yield of polysaccharide, and the maximum polysaccharide yield of Agaricus blazei Mussel reached to 7.83 g/L .
