摘　　要：激励是现代人力资源管理中一种常用的方法和手段。本文从激励机制与辅导员队伍建设的关系入手,论述了新时期建立高校辅导员激励机制的重大意义、理论依据、应遵循的原则及实现途径,力求促进高校辅导员队伍的建设和发展,不断开创新时期大学生思想政治教育工作新局面。In the modern human resource management,incentive is a commonly used method and means.This paper,starting from the relationship between incentive mechanism and the building of counselors group,expounds the significance,theoretical basis,principles and realization approaches of establishing the incentive mechanism targeting college counselors,strives to promote the construction and development of college counselors,and constantly start the new situation in the ideological and political education work of college students in new period.
