构建校企合作办学管理与保障机制的思考

摘　　要：校企合作是学校和企业寻求共同发展、谋求共同利益的一种组织形式。针对国内现阶段高职院校所开展的校企合作情况,分析办学管理保障机制的运行现状与问题结症,指出职教校企合作中三方主体(学校、企业、政府)必须明确自身应承担的职责义务,充分发挥各自功能优势,通过建立完善的组织管理与保障运行机构,共同商讨制定相应的制度措施,促进校企合作的持续性发展。并提出建立校企合作办学管理与保障机制的构想和适合专业发展的校企合作机制的实施方案。College-enterprise cooperation is one kind of organizing forms for colleges and enterprises to seek the common development and common interest.According to the condition of college-enterprise cooperation developed by higher vocational colleges at present stage in our country,it analyzes the operating present condition and problem crux of running management and guarantee mechanism,it points the three main bodies in college-enterprise cooperation of vocational education should clarify their responsibilities and duties,playing their function and advantage fully.Through establishing perfect organizing management and guarantee operating constitute,it discusses the system measures together to promote the sustainable development of college-enterprise cooperation.It puts forward the ideas of constructing the running management and guarantee mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation,as well as the implementing scheme of college-enterprise cooperation mechanism adapted to professional development.
