乌梅浸膏成分分析及在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：文章采用溶剂萃取和GC/MS法定性定量分析了乌梅浸膏的成分,共鉴定出22种成分,同时进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明,乌梅浸膏具有减轻卷烟杂气、降低烟气刺激性、增加烟气甜润感的作用。The components in smoked plum concrete were extracted with extraction,and then qualitatively and quantitalively analyzed by GC/MS. Twenty-two compounds were identified. The smoked plum concrete was added into cigarettes as tobacco flavoring and evaluated by panelists. The results indicated that the offensive odor of cigarette smoke was obviously lowered, and the smoke stimulation was reduced, and sweetness of cigarette smoke was increased by the addition of the extract.
