摘 要:教学设计师在欧美已发展成为一个成熟的热门职业,而我国教学设计师的实践与研究尚处于起步阶段。要发展教学设计师就要从何谓教学设计师(包括教学设计师的内涵、类型及工作职责)入手深入探索如何培养教学设计师,即高校设立教学设计师专业系统培养;教学设计师职业资格等级如何认证,即初级与高级教学设计师资格认定办法;以及不同等级教学设计师应具有何种素质,即教学设计师的能力构成。由此,提出在我国发展、培养教学设计师的启示与借鉴:创设规范化的教学设计从业人员标准,以学校系统培养与职业资格认证两种路径,培养既掌握信息技术又在教学设计领域有所成就的复合型人才。Instructional designer has become a mature and popular profession in Europe and in the United States, but in China, the practice and research of instructional designer is just at its infancy. If we intend to get know about instructional designer ,we should first start from learning the meaning of what is instructional designer, that is, the content, type and work responsibility of instructional designer. Secondly, research how to cultivate instructional designer: setting up the instructional designer profession in colleges and universities to train them systematically. We should know how to certificate the vocational qualification level of the instructional designer, the way to identify the primary and advanced instructional designer, and what qualities different levels of instructional designers should have, that is, the composition of instructional designers’ ability. Thus, some inspiration and reference have been proposed to develop or train the instructional designers in China: to create regular standards for the instructional designers and to cultivate complex talents mastering knowledge both in information technology and in the field of instructional design with school systems training and vocational qualification certification.
