摘　　要：以哈尔滨工程大学为例,探索理工科大学开展文化素质教育的理念、模式与实践效果,及高校开展文化素质教育的十大任务,实现了从建设初期的"五重五抓"到目前"一实二创三高四化"的努力发展方向。为理工科大学如何实施文化素质教育摸索出"三位一体"的可持续发展的新路子。The essay takes Harbin Engineering University as an example, exploring concepts , modes and effects of quality education of university of science and engineering from the initial stage of construction ＂five weighing five grasping＂ to the current ＂Reality, Creation, Height, Modernization＂. It aims to work out the new way of sustainable development of cultural and quality-oriented education of university of science and engineering.
