摘　　要：高职院校会计技能竞赛在促进课程教学改革、促进学生学习专业技能、推进"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面起到积极的作用。根据高职院校会计技能竞赛的要求,探讨如何通过训练目标、训练内容、训练方法、软硬件设备、团队作战能力等方面来提高职业院校会计技能竞赛水平,同时还应注意及时处理好训练中出现的问题,提高培训效率。Accounting skill competitions in vocational colleges plays a positive role in promotion of curriculum teaching reform,students professional skills learning,and double-quality teaching team construction.In light of the requirements for accounting skill competitions in vocational colleges,we probe into approaches to improve the competition standards for accounting skill competitions in vocational colleges from the perspectives of training objective,contents,methods,hardware and software equipment and team work ability,etc.Meanwhile,attentions should also be paid to handling of the relevant problems in training with a view to improving training efficiency.
