摘　　要：为提高航海高级技术人才的英语应用能力,航海类高职院校有必要加强"双师型"ESP师资队伍的建设。本文通过对"双师型"ESP教师的内涵进行界定,对航海高职院校中ESP教师队伍所存在的问题进行分析,提出培养航海类"双师型"ESP教师的具体措施。n order to improve navigational officers ~ English proficiency, it is necessary for the navigational vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of ＂Dual Qualified＂ ESP facul- ty. This paper introduces the connotation of ＂Dual Qualified＂ teacher, analyses the problems of ESP faculty in navigational vocational colleges and puts forward some specific advices to cultivate the dual qualified ESP teachers.
