人发微量元素含量用作环境的生物指示研究

摘　　要：用仪器中子活化分析方法测定了１９９４年和１９９６年两次采集的北京石景山地区２０—４０岁正常男 性头发样品中微量元素的含量，用ｔ检验方法比较这两批人发样品测定值的差异，观察该地区的环境 变化趋势及该人群营养状况的变化；同时还与国内外报道的有关数据进行了比较，用以说明人发中的 微量元素含量在用作环境的生物指示研究方面的意义。The trace elemental contents in normal male (20-40 years old) scalp hair collected in 1994 and 1996, respectively, at the Shijing Shan district of Beijing have been determined with the instrumental neutron activation analysis. The comparison of the elemental contents between these two batchs of samples has been made by means of statistical t-test in order to evaluate the alteration trend of the environment situation in this area and the changes of nutrition state of the studied group. It has also been compared with the published data in literature of the elemental contents of scalp hair to indicate its functions on the study of environmental bioindicating.
