摘 要:试验采用超声波洗脱生物被膜,用无水乙醇沉淀,低温高速离心等方法提取金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜多糖,并利用苯酚-硫酸法测定其中多糖的含量。表明,得到生物被膜多糖0.690 5 g,含量为13.99%。结果说明,金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜多糖被成功的提取了,并对多糖的含量进行了测定,初步确定了粗提金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜多糖的方法。The objective of this experiment was to extract and purify biofilm polysaccharide from Staphylococcus aureus, and detect its contents. Supersonic wave was used to wash biofilm, ethanol precipitation of chemical method and Low temperature high speed centrifugal was used to extract Staphylococcus aureus biofilm polysaccharide. Phenol-vitriolic colorimetry was used to detect its content. The result showed that the biofilm polysaccharide obtained was 0.690 5 g, its contents was 13.99%. The result indicated that this experiment succeeded to extract biofilm polysaccharide, and determined its contents.
