摘  要:臭灵丹作为一种具有特征香气香味和独特资源价值的植物,研究其在卷烟中的应用。制备臭灵丹提取物之后在卷烟中进行加香。检测卷烟烟气致香成分含量、卷烟主流烟气有害成分含量、计算危害性指数,并进行感官评价,结果表明:添加臭灵丹提取物之后与对照样相比较,卷烟烟气致香成分总量得到显著增加,致香物质总量增加67%,主要致香物质例如新植二烯增加97%、苯甲醛增加31%、苯甲醇增加90%、十四醛增加217%、β-紫罗兰酮增加132%;感官评价结果优于对照样,能有效提升卷烟烟气丰富性和韵调;卷烟主流烟气有害成分含量普遍降低,卷烟危害性指数降低0.91;表明臭灵丹提取物在卷烟中具有较高的增香降害应用价值。Laggerapterodonta (DC.) Benth is a plant that has characteristic aroma and unique value, study its application value in cigarette. Preparation of Laggera pterodonta (DC.) Benth. extract. To detect the flavor components of cigarette, the toxic components in mainstream smoke, Calculate risk evalution hazard index and conduct sensory evaluation, the result showed: add Laggera pterodonta (DC.) Benth. extract on cigarette and compare with the control sample, the flavor components of cigarette such as neophytadiene increased 97%, benzaldehyde increased 31%, benzyl alcohol increased 90%, tetradecanal increased 217%, β-Ionone increased 132%; sensory evaluation reasult was better than the control sample, could effectively improve the cigarette smoke richness and fragrance; The harmful components in mainstream smoke was reduced generally, the risk evalution hazard index of cigarette was reduce 0.91; the result showed that Laggera pterodonta (DC.) Benth. extract had a high application value in cigarette.
