摘　　要：实现学校的内涵发展任务必须加快学校文化建设。泗洪县洪翔中学实施"文化强校"方略,从学校文化积淀中提炼出富有生机和特点的文化元素,筛选先进文化、时代精神,进行汇聚、整合,反复论证,确立具有洪翔特色的文化系统,构建多种文化载体。在此过程中,坚持以人为本,整体思考,将特色文化建设与涵育学生新型人格紧密结合起来。Realization of school internal quality development needs to strengthen school culture construction. Hongxiang Middle School in Sihong County implements the culture -enhancing - school strategy, and from school cultural accumulation, we have refined the cultural elements full of vitality and characteristics. And through careful selection of advanced culture and epoch spirit, we have established the cultural system with Hongxiang characteristics and constructed numerous cultural vehicles. In the process, we stick to the principles of humanity and holistic thinking, combining characteristic culture with cultivation of students’ new-style personality.
