摘 要:应用信息熵和模糊综合评价理论,建立了高职院校图书馆员服务绩效考核评价的模糊熵模型。模型中基于信息熵建立的专家自身权重模型,修正层次分析法计算的指标主观权重,得到的指标组合权重减少了权重确定的主观性,并有效地解决了综合评价中存在的仅靠主观臆断选取专家的缺陷。最后,以广州番禺职业技术学院图书馆员服务绩效考核为例,进行了实证分析。Based on information entropy and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, the performance assessment model of high vocational school librarian was established in this paper.An entropy model which can evaluate the quality of information by evaluation specialist is established for improving the subjective weight of specialists through the analytic hierarchy process. The combination weight can effectively reduce the subjectivity of weight for decision, and can solve the shortcoming of specialists are selected by the decision maker subjectively.In the end, the application of the proposed model to evaluate the library staff performance of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic was presented for demonstration.
