摘 要:目的研究野生柳叶蜡梅挥发油的化学成分及其抗氧化活性。方法利用GC-MS分析挥发油的化学成分,测定各成分的相对含量;以分光光度法测定2%挥发油对ABTS自由基和亚硝酸钠的清除能力。结果从挥发油中共鉴定了62个化合物,占挥发油总量的83.13%。2%挥发油对ABTS自由基有一定的清除作用,但低于0.5 mg.mL-1的Vit C;对亚硝酸钠的清除作用高于0.5 mg.mL-1的芦丁。结论柳叶蜡梅挥发油以单萜、倍半萜为主,具有较好的抗氧化活性。OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of volatile oil from leaf of wild Chimonanthus salicifolicus and their antioxidant activity.METHODS The volatile oil from Chimonanthus saslicifolicus was analyzed by GC-MS and the relative contents of these components were determined with peak area normalization method.The scavenging capacity against ABTS free radical and sodium nitrite of 2% volatile oil was measured with spectrophotometer.RESULTS Sixty-two compounds,which occupied 83.13% of total constituents,were identified.The scavenging capacity against ABTS free radical of 2% volatile oil was lower than that of 0.5 mg·mL-1 Vit C,while the scavenging capacity against sodium nitrite of 2% volatile oil was higher than that of 0.5 mg·mL-1 Rutin.CONCLUSION The volatile oil from leaf of wild Chimonanthus salicifolicus was mainly composed of monoterpene and sesquiterpene and has antioxidant activity.
