摘　　要：随着我国水产行业的发展,水产企业中需要管理的物质种类和信息越来越多。对水产行业虾产品加工来说,产品和物料的跟踪管理对虾产品质量控制更是至关重要。针对水产企业批次管理相对混乱的现象,利用水产行业虾产品的产销特点建立了合理的批次管理模型,并在此基础上建立了采购、生产、仓储、销售等一系列完整物流链的跟踪模型,该科研成功在国内某大型水产品加工企业得到验证,实现了对水产行业虾产品任意批次的追踪管理。With the development of the aquatic products industry, more and more material types and information need to be managed. To aquatic product processing industry, the tracking management of products and materials are very important to the quality control of shrimp products. In allusion to the relative chaos of aquatic products enterprise batch management, this topic establishes a reasonable batch management model which makes use of the shrimp products production characteristics in aquatic products industry. And on this basis, a complete logistics chain tracking model which contains the purchase, production, warehousing, sales part and so on is established. This research is successfully tested in a domestic large aquatic products enterprise, and the tracking management of shrimp products with any batch is successfully realized.
