摘　　要：在新疆南疆地区高校,各民族师生、生生语言之间的沟通、交流、理解和冲突问题是不能回避的事实,也是南疆高校有计划、有步骤解决的一件头等大事,本文旨在通过南疆高校校园文化建设与双语教育互动现状,探究二者结合的途径与策略,为新疆南疆高校校园文化建设和双语教育提供一些思路和建议。Many languages are used in the local colleges and universities of the south part of Xinjiang, which causes many communication problems, and thus a common language is in an urgent way. Bilingual teaching （Chinese Putonghua and minority languages） has developed successfully these years in Xinjiang, which greatly promote the spread of the common language in China, i.e. Putonghua. The paper tends to investigate the interaction of the bilingual education with the campus culture construction in the colleges and universities of the south part of Xinjiang so as to find out whether or not this kind of interaction could promote the bilingual education and the campus cultural construction as well.
