摘　　要：新疆初中物理教师对教学设计理论的理解和实践方面有着很大差距。近几年随着"国培计划"、"教师继续教育"的不断深入开展,中学物理教师在教学设计能力方面的不足和研究的迫切性正日益明显。通过调查不同性质的新疆初中物理教师教学设计能力的现状,为中学物理教学设计理论的发展提供现实依据。有助于教师教学理论与实践教学的协调与统一,同时可以使针对新疆在职初中物理教师的培训更具有实效性;促进初中物理新课程改革在新疆各地区的顺利实施;也为师范院校的物理专业(师范类)学生的培养提供理论参考。The physics teachers of junior high schools in Xinjiang have large gaps in the understandings and practices of instructional design theories.With the in-depth development of 'National Traning Plan','Teachers' Continuing Education' in recent years,the physics teachers of junior high schools appear more and more defects in teaching design capability and have increasing urgency for researches.Through the investigation of the teaching design capability of different physics teachers of junior high schools,the paper provides realistic bases for the development of instructional design theories of middle school physics.It helps to coordinate and unify the teachers' teaching theories and practical teaching and improve the effectiveness of the training of physics teachers of Xinjiang junior high schools.In addition,the new curriculum reform of middel school physics can be smoothly implemented and the theoretical references of the cultivation of normal university students of physics major can by provided.
