摘  要:经预测,在2012-2020年间,苏州3-17岁学龄人口将呈逐年增加之势,至2020年增长将超过30%,这将对苏州教育资源配置提出前所未有的挑战。为有效应对未来学龄人口的变化,苏州教育发展必须加强顶层设计,科学规划学校布局;加大教育投入,合理配置教育资源;推进机制创新,大力扶持民办教育;构筑人才高地,整体提升教师素质,以促进教育全面、健康、可持续发展。With the rapid economic and social development of Suzhou, both the census registered population and migrant population in the city are increasing constantly. It is estimated that in the years from 2012 to 2020, the 3-17-year-old school-age population will increase considerably year by year and account for more than 30% of the population increase by 2020. The dramatic increase of the school-age population will constitute an unprecedented challenge to educational resources allocation in Suzhou. To effectively cope with the future change of the school-age population, Suzhou' s educational authorities must strengthen the top-level design, scientifically plan schools' layout, increase substantial investment in education, rationally allocate educational resources, promote innovative mechanism, vigorously support non-governmental education, construct talent highland, and improve teachers' overall quality with a view to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of education in an all-round way.
