摘　　要：目前,我国高校英语教学还不能适应社会对人才质量规格的实际需要,改变传统教学模式,提高学生英语应用能力显得尤为迫切。本文就我国大学生英语应用能力培养存在的主要问题展开讨论,并提出一些应对措施。At present, English Teaching in China＇s institutions of higher learning can not meet the actual needs of society for talents quality, so it seems to be particularly pressing to change the traditional teaching mode and improve students＇English application ability. This paper dis- cusses the main problems in cultivation of English application ability of Chinese college students, and puts forward some solutions.
