摘　　要：本文剖析了我国商科类高职院校校企合作中存在的问题及原因,从课程体系、课堂教学、双师执教和考核评价等方面分析了基于"情感—利益"纽带的"秋浦"模式的校企深度合作运行机制,并对"秋浦"模式在我国商科类高职院校校企合作中的应用性进行了论述。This paper probes into the problems in the school-enterprise cooperation of business-category higher vocational colleges and the reasons,analyses the school-enterprise cooperation operating mechanism of ＂Qupu＂Mode based on ＂affection-benefit＂ tie from the aspects of curriculum system,classroom teaching,double-qualified teachers teaching,examination and evaluation etc.,and deals with applicability of ＂Qiupu＂ Mode in school-enterprise of China＇s business category vocational colleges.
